Helping all students achieve is our ultimate goal.
Research has shown that one of the primary influences of student achievement is the classroom teacher.  In fact, it has even been said that the greatest factor influencing learning is not socioeconomic factors, class size or funding levels.  It is instruction (Schmoker, Results Now, 2006).

E2C2 is a team of four dedicated educators with a combined classroom experience of over 100 years!  We have a variety of backgrounds including elementary, secondary, university and administration.  As a result, the information presented in the professional development is from real experience and current research.  We have a wide variety of workshop topics, coaching and mentoring options, and professional development planning strategies available to meet your needs.

E2C2 will match the right consultant to meet your district or school’s specific needs.  We offer multiple formats, including single or multiple day workshop offerings, coaching and mentoring in classrooms, and consultation models with teachers and/or administrators.  We build on-going relationships with our clients in order to develop in-depth and purposeful change resulting in student achievement.
